Content Studio: 3.09 Non-Unicode TrueType fonts will not show Extended ASCII characters correctly. Arial is a Unicode font that will display these characters correctly. This occurs only for presentations created prior to Venus 1500 4.9. 3.10 Date, time, and temperature fields inserted into a text box may not be sized to their max potential width. This results in text either being cut off or displayed on the next line within the text box. 3.11 Outline or shadow depths of more than a pixel will be truncated to one pixel for Galaxy and GalaxyPro displays when all text within the text box is using a Venus font. Text with TrueType fonts are not affected. 3.12 Galaxy and GalaxyPro: The spacing between characters when using a Venus font with an outline is slightly less when editing and previewing than what is finally shown on the display. 3.13 Galaxy and GalaxyPro: Text will not flash when the layout also has a video or scrolling text element. 3.14 Galaxy and GalaxyPro: Time fields will not update when the layout contains a scrolling text element. 3.15 The degree symbol in temperature fields can appear as a different character when changing TrueType fonts in presentations created prior to Venus 1500 4.9. 3.16 GalaxyProp Revolution and DMP-4060: Previewing a presentation before thumbnails have been loaded in the storyboard can cause a thumbnail for a video to appear garbled or the video being previewed can appear garbled. If this occurs, re-open the presentation and wait for the thumbnails to show before previewing. 3.17 The Venus 1500 installer may run when trying to import a video. 3.18 DMP-8060 -- When pausing a preview, a video element will not pause and continue playback. 3.19 GalaxyPro Revolution, DMP-4060: Characters from a Windows symbol font such as Webdings or Wingdings will not show when sent to the display. 3.20 Date, Time, and Temp field do not work in Data Tickers or Data Lists. ************************************************************************************ Copyright (c) by Daktronics, Inc. 2012 Venus, Galaxy, GalaxyPro are trademarks or registered trademarks of Daktronics, Inc.
